The BFFU is the main organization governing association football in Bloxveld. It is one of six confederations under the FAFI umbrella. Its mission is to organize football events and promote the sport in the Bloxveld area.
In 2026, the Sebelsti national football team completed their withdrawal from the BFFU, with intent to join the BFC starting in 2027. To keep the number of teams even, the North Noobania football team was also admitted to the BFC.
